Suntronics Technologies Inc. will provide a replacement or repair as per the following guidelines below.
1. If Customer finds that Suntronics Technologies Inc product(s) is defective within the first ninety (90) days of retail purchase, then Suntronics Technologies Inc. will provide a replacement unit at no cost to the customer.
2. If Customer finds Suntronics Technologies Inc product defective after ninety (90) days of retail purchase, then Suntronics Technologies Inc will repair the product at no cost to the customer. If repairs not possible, Suntronics Technologies Inc will replace the product.
3. The Customer shall be responsible for returning defective Suntronics Technologies IncC product(s) to Suntronics Technologies Inc at its Greensboro, NC location, transportation charge prepaid and the product(s) will be replaced or repaired and returned at no charge only pursuant to this warranty. The customer must call first to receive a RMA (Return Material Authorization) prior to returning any product.
4. Shipping fees will be added and charged to ALL international orders or replacements delivered outside the U.S.
